Calling landowners in Aylesbury Vale, South Bucks and Wycombe Districts!

Buckinghamshire Council has issued a Call for Sites in the next critical stage phase of its new Local Plan development, presenting landowners and promoters with an opportunity to present development land for consideration. Buckinghamshire Council now covers the whole area which was formerly covered by the Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe District Councils areas.
Landowners and their advisers have until the Call for Sites consultation closes in June 2025 to submit a site for consideration, at which point, the window of opportunity will close. Although this provides ample opportunity to submit your site for consideration, we would advise that the sooner a representation in support of allocation of land is submitted, the better. Furthermore, depending on your site, it may be best to prepare certain reports to ensure the site has the best chance of success in this process, which can take time.
The opportunity to nominate parcels of land for future housing, commercial or community development opportunities. So, if you have land on the edge of or in a settlement, this could be a great chance to maximise the development potential of that land – for now or consideration in the future.
As a planning consultancy, with first hand land promotion expertise, Landscope has a variety of ways of working with Landowners to fulfil the development potential, depending on how you want to work. If you have land or property in the new Buckinghamshire district area and would like to explore your options in terms of development of land and/or planning permission to maximise its value, then please do not hesitate to contact Sam Franklin, Director or Ian Taylor, Associate Planning Consultant on 01767 686872, to discuss how we can help
