At Landscope, we are continuing to work and the office is operational from Monday to Friday, with some staff working remotely. Our telephone line is open during normal office hours on 01525 630113. Alternatively, we can be reached via our usual email addresses. Please do contact us if there is anything with which we can help you with.
Whilst the numerous organisations with which we have contact through our work, such as the Local Planning Authorities, DEFRA and other professionals are, mainly, still operating on some level, we anticipate that there will be delays as they are running on lower resources. Nevertheless, we hope to continue to manage projects as efficiently as possible.
Source of Information
I attach a link here: https://www.michelmores.com/news-views/news/coronavirus-covid-19-effect-rural-businesses to what I believe is a very comprehensive report by Michelmores, one of the leading Agricultural and Property Law Firms, with whom we have worked, which I hope will provide a useful checklist for our farming, rural business and landowning clients, covering the full range of business and landowning issues which may be affected by the Coronavirus – from employment practices, through planning and development to public access and tenancy issues. If there are areas with which we can help or you would like to discuss, please contact me on sfranklin@landscope.co.uk or call 01525 630113.
Site Visits
In accordance with Government Guidance, we are avoiding any non-urgent site visits, however if your need is essential, we will be pleased to discuss ways of undertaking that with minimal or no contact. In order to keep us and our clients safe, we are also set up to use the Zoom app for face to face meetings – all you would need is a laptop, tablet or mobile phone – we are happy to help you set this up if that would be helpful.
We look forward to things returning to normal, as you no doubt are too.
All the best in the meantime.
