New private equestrian yard in Hertfordshire
Situation
The client, a keen horse rider who enjoys competing as an amateur, had purchased a house set in grounds in Hertfordshire, with a plan to put in equestrian facilities - a stable yard and an arena for private use

The result
The Brief
To get planning permission for a private yard, on a paddock beside the house, comprising change of use from agricultural land, a yard with 4 stables, a tack shed, feed barn, hard standing and a 50 x 25m arena

Landscope provided full planning consultancy services, from prepararing all elements of the application and negotiating with the Local Planning authority (East Hertfordshire) to successfully navigate the planning system
