Situation
Our client purchased an agricultural property which consisted of land, access and a bore hole, with the desire to develop a commerical polo livery, breeding and training business
The Brief
To provide equestrian planning support for the client to gain permission for full facilities including owner/manager's house, groom's quarters, stabling for 18 horses, barns for feed and storage, arena, lunge ring, horse walker, horse corals, yard office, utility/wash-room
Our Role
This involved preparing the supporting statements and negotiating with the Local Planning Authority (East Cambs) to successfully navigate the planning system

The Result
Full permission granted for 2 dwellings and facilities for up to 20 horses
